Pricing built on platform fee + usage — never surprises
Every Nexus agent service is a low monthly platform fee plus a clear per-unit rate. You pay for outcomes delivered, not seats or licenses.

Rates below are drawn from our internal price sheet (reports/pricing_model.md). Margins shown reflect simulated dry-run volumes, not guarantees.
Voice Support
Autonomous phone agents that answer, resolve, and escalate gracefully.
A typical 5-minute call ≈ $2.50 all-in.
Simulated estimate · margin 68.6% at dry-run volumeEmail / Web Ops
Inbound email, contact forms, and chat triaged, resolved, and followed up autonomously.
Resolution = fully handled ticket with audit trail.
Scheduling Agent
Bookings, reschedules, confirmations, and no-show recovery around the clock.
Includes confirmation and reminder workflows.
Simulated estimate · margin 66.9% at sim volumeLead Qualification
Inbound leads scored, enriched, and routed to your sales team with context.
No-contact policy enforced in code — we never reach out to your leads directly.
Business Reporting
Weekly reports compiled from your own metrics — trends, WoW deltas, and anomaly flags your team can act on.
Deterministic builds with a missing-data check — silent gaps are surfaced, not hidden.
Simulated estimate · margin 93.0% at modeled volumeInvoice Follow-Up (AR)
Polite, persistent accounts-receivable follow-up on your open invoices — aging ladder, dispute detection, and payment-promise tracking.
Disputed invoices are never messaged — contact freeze + immediate human routing. No threatening language can ever be sent; past-90-day accounts go to human collections.
Simulated estimate · margin 90.4% at modeled volumeDocument Collection
Automated client document chasers for accountants, law firms, agencies, and mortgage brokers — onboarding and recurring document requests followed up politely until received.
Deterministic cadence caps with a tone gate keep nudges polite; promised deadlines pause follow-ups; document contents are never processed — status metadata only, audit-logged.
Simulated estimate · margin 85.8% at modeled volumeStart with a $500 fixed-fee pilot
Before any monthly commitment, run a ~2-week dry run against your real workload so you can see measured performance before scaling.
$500 fixed fee
One-time, flat cost. No hourly billing, no scope creep — you know exactly what the dry run costs before it starts.
~2-week dry run
We deploy a scoped agent against a sample of your real operations and report outcome quality, cost per task, and escalation behavior.
COGS capped at $350
Our own delivery cost is hard-capped by an internal finance rule, so the pilot stays sustainable regardless of run-away test volume.
Where each service covers its platform fee
Minimum monthly unit volumes at which usage revenue offsets the platform fee for a single project. Simulated estimate — illustrative only, not a quote.

Rules we hold ourselves to
≥30% minimum margin — enforced by finance
Every engagement must clear a 30% minimum gross margin enforced by an automated finance rule. If a configuration can't sustain that, we redesign it rather than quietly lose money on your account.
floor Minimum engagement: $750/mo or $500 pilot
No engagements below these floors — it keeps service quality high and ensures every deployment gets proper monitoring and support.
